We collect information you provide directly, such as: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment details (when you pay by card). We also collect information automatically: device information (type, OS, unique identifiers), IP address, location data (with your permission, to show nearby restaurants and track delivery), and usage data (pages viewed, orders placed, app interactions). For restaurant and driver partners, we collect additional business and identification information as required for onboarding and compliance.

We use your information to: process and fulfill orders; communicate with you about orders, updates, and promotions; improve our services, app, and website; personalize your experience; prevent fraud and ensure security; comply with legal obligations; and conduct analytics. We may use your phone number or email for transactional messages (e.g., order confirmation) and, with your consent, for marketing.

We share information with: Restaurant partners (order details, delivery address, contact info necessary for fulfillment); Delivery drivers (order and address details to complete delivery); Payment processors (card details for processing—we do not store full card numbers); Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support) under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
